A virtual reality serious game designed for MFR, Maison Familiale Rurale.
The objective is to simulate job scenarios with the intention of helping the audience identify their strengths (soft skills) while exposing them to unfamiliar contexts. The entire playthrough is a series of choices, varying from dialogue to actions, which are then compiled into a 'soft skills' scoreboard to be analysed by a member of the MFR.

Quality Control | Game Designer

A virtual reality experience created by SCAD students to highlight the winners of the SIGGRAPH 2020 VR Theater.

Set as a 20 week collaborative project, a team of 19 students led by 3 faculty members were tasked to create a 'virtual lobby' for the ACM SIGGRAPH 2020 VR Showcase. A 5 minute experience, the lobby needed to be an enjoyable space in which SIGGRAPH guests could familiarise themselves with basic VR controls.

Tahul is based around a fictional lost world reminiscent of ancient Moroccan culture.

In Tahul, gamers interact with an artifact that gives them control over the four elements from Arabic alchemy : fire, water, earth and air. These elements can be used to manipulate the virtual environment and provide a learning experience to new VR users.

Game Designer | Quality Control

Virtual Reality met Themed Entertainment. 
SCAD guests experience boarding a submarine to explore the coast of Georgia and recover lost artifacts.

Set as a 10 week collaborative project, a team of 40 students from various majors - including Game Design, Animation, Motion Media, Sound and Themed Entertainment - set to create a performance-based experience with VR as the central attraction.

Search for the Gryphon is an underwater submarine experience set in modern-day Savannah, Georgia.
The story is based on the coast of Savannah, as guests travel through the ocean. Their travels lead to the 'discovery' of a French 19th century sailing ship named the Gryphon, estimated to have sunk in 1898. The ship will be explored along with its contents, so the guests view and experience antique interiors, mechanisms, furniture, articles and art works.

Throughout the experience guests are able to take in the ocean surroundings and encounter fantastic elements - a mix of fantasy and reality. As the submarine advances the 'crew' of the submarine have a permanent commentary as they remark on the wonders of the journey.

Virtual Reality met Themed Entertainment. 
SCAD guests enjoyed embarking a space-bound rocket.

Set as a 10 week collaborative project, a team of roughly 10 students from various majors - including Game Design, Sound and Themed Entertainment - set to create a performance-based experience with VR as the central attraction.

Destination Imagination is a space-bound shuttle experience set in modern day Savannah, Georgia. 

Departing from Downtown Savannah and across the Savannah river, SCAD guests are transported into outer space for a thrilling journey.

The guests are accompanied by 'crew' as a permanent commentary remarks on the wonders of the journey.

After a successful project launch with positive feedback from guests, the project was written about by Epic Games Education Marketing Specialist Melissa Robinson.

Game Environment Artist | Quality Assurance

Third-person adventure game set in mythological Greece.

A 20-week endeavor, 6 SCAD students collaborated to create the game KYON.

The game went on to place third in the Best Overall Gameplay category at the Intel University Games Showcase at GDC 2017.

Playing as sheepdog named Kyon, the player must gather, guide and protect a flock of sheep through a treacherous world filled with dangerous foes hell-bent on eating some mutton.

One of two environment artists in the game, my primary role was focused on modeling, texturing and creating materials for various assets.

I also contributed to particle-production, as well as set-dressing and Quality Assurance Testing.
